At Miles High Roller, we are dedicated to shipping your orders accurately and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order with us at mileshighroller.com.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing:
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Same-Day Shipping:
For a chance at same-day shipping, your order must be placed and fully paid for by 1:00 PM PST. While we will make every effort to dispatch these orders on the same day, it is not guaranteed.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Delivery Issues
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a shipment with damaged items, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on how to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Miles High Roller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as “Delivered.” However, if your package is lost during transit (before delivery is confirmed), please contact us at info@mileshighroller.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. Shipping Restrictions (Kratom & 7OH)
IMPORTANT:
Due to state and local regulations, we strictly prohibit shipping Kratom and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7OH) products to the locations listed below. Any orders containing these products with a shipping address in a restricted location will be canceled and refunded immediately.

California: City of San Diego, City of Oceanside
