Returns & Refunds Policy

At Miles High Roller, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their orders. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a clear and fair process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is incorrect, you must notify us immediately.

Reporting Window:
All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Required Documentation:
To process a claim, you must provide the following via email to info@mileshighroller.com:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage or incorrect item, including the condition of the shipping box

Resolution:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Failure to report within the 48-hour window may result in denial of the claim.


2. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions:

Return Window:
Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items:
Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. We do not accept returns for opened products or items with broken safety seals.

Return Authorization:
You must contact us at info@mileshighroller.com for approval before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened products or items with broken seals
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:
Email info@mileshighroller.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.

Receive Approval:
If eligible, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Ship the Items:
Package items securely and send them to the provided address.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.


6. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@mileshighroller.com.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued
  • If already shipped or labeled, cancellation is not possible and will be treated as a return
